Briefing and advice papersIntroductionThe briefing note format is intended to:
The advice notes are usually longer and seek to provide information and advice as to best practice.
Suggestions for letters are just that. If you are unsure what to write or just want to improve on your masterpiece then this is the section for you
Photographs are photographs intended to make a point. Thus they may or may not be naturist. Briefing Notes
More briefing notes are being prepared and will be added in due course. SubmissionsThe submissions which we make to government and other organisations also contain much useful material. Advice Notes
Suggestions for lettersWe have only just started to create this section.
Form letters make it much easier and quicker to write to people or oganisations but read them carefully to make sure that they fit the circumstances.
They are not a good way for many people to send a letter to someone. A hundred different letters carry a lot of weight. A hundred letters the same is a pressure group asking people to sign a letter.
In addition to the near complete letters there will also be lists of points to make, useful bits of information and more hints and tips.
Asking or complaining does work surprisingly often. Even if it doesn't then it has made it more likely to succeed next time. Not asking and not complaining is guarantied to be ignored. Letters not sent are not read and phone calls not made are not listened to.
If you would like to see additional topics covered or can add something to this or any other part of the campaigns pages then please contact the RLO.
PhotographsI have started to add photographs intended to supplement the briefing notes.
It will just be thumbnails, at least to begin with. If you need to send one of these photographs to somebody then please get in touch for the full size image.
Unless stated otherwise, members of BN, affiliated and recognised groups may use these photographs to support their letters without seeking permission. However it helps us if we know how photographs are being used so please keep us informed.
These children obviously have no problem about using this nude statue as a slide despite the hugely exaggerated genitalia. Indeed it was well polished. The town hall was one side and the cathedral the other. The Danes are much more sensible about such things than some people in the UK.
